You will require the order number and post code of the shipping address to submit a return. Your order number can be found on your packing slip.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item/s you are returning.
We offer size exchanges in the returns portal, on return of your current size item/s, we'll ship your new size straight to your door!
If you would like to exchange for a different item, please select store credit and you'll be sent a gift card to purchase another item.
Change of mind returns
Our change of mind returns period is 30 days. It helps us with processing if you can ensure that the product/s being returned:
- Are unworn and unwashed; and
- Have the tags still attached; and
- Are in the original packaging.
Returns of faulty items
We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, therefore we appreciate being notified if our product isn’t up to standard. If you believe your item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Your name; and
- Order number; and
- Images of the fault for review.
If the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or store credit.
We offer store credit on all full-priced items and sale items returned within 30 days. Please note that store credit will be processed on return of the item/s.
