We want our customers to love our products, so if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our team is here to help. We offer size exchanges, product exchanges, store credit and refunds through our portal. Our Returns Policy applies to orders placed through our online store www.themadhueys.com

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included - allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange at no extra cost. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you choose not to purchase return coverage, you can still return your items, however you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy below.

Want to return an item?

You will need your order number and the postcode of the shipping address to submit a return. Your order number can be found on your packing slip.

Return Shipping Fees

If you do not opt in for "FREE RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTECTION" at checkout, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Return shipping costs will be calculated based on your address. Once the return shipping fee has been paid, a returns label will be generated for you. Simply print the label and return the item(s) via your nearest Aus Post.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges or a complete change of product through our returns portal. Once your original item(s) have been returned, we will ship your new size or selected product straight to your door.

Change of mind returns

Our change of mind returns period is 30 days. To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure that the product(s):

  • Are unworn and unwashed;
  • Have all original tags attached;
  • and Are in their original packaging.
  • Returns of faulty items

    We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers. However, if you receive an item that isn’t up to standard, you can upload images of the faulty item(s) directly in the returns portal.

    We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, and free returns will be provided even if you did not purchase coverage with your order.
