For orders under AUD$99.00, we charge an AUD$12.50 flat fee.
All of our Australian orders are shipped using Star Track’s Premium service, with the exception of orders being delivered to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post’s Standard Service.
Orders received before 10:00am (Queensland time) will generally be dispatched on the same day, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.
Orders shipped using Star Track’s Premium service are generally delivered within 3 business days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes using Australia Post are generally delivered within 7 business days.

All of our orders sent to New Zealand are shipped using DHL Express. Please be aware that DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or any shipping charge that may apply to the order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable charges related to your order.
If you refuse to pay these charges your order may be returned (if it is economical to do so) or abandoned. If the order is returned, we will refund your order less any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical for us to have your order returned your order may be abandoned and The Mad Hueys will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of this occurrence.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to love our products, so if your order doesn’t meet your expectations our team are here to help you out.

Change of mind returns
Our change of mind returns period is 30 days. It helps us with processing if you can ensure that the product/s being returned:
- Are unworn and unwashed; and
- Have the tags still attached; and
- Are in the original packaging.
Returns of faulty items
We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, therefore we appreciate being notified if our product isn’t up to standard. If you believe your item is faulty, please email admin@themadhueys.com with the following:
- Your name; and
- Order number; and
- Images of the fault for review.
If the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or refund.
Store Credit
We offer store credit on all full-priced items and sale items returned within 30 days. Please note that store credit will be processed on return of the item/s.
