Australian orders are generally delivered within 3 business days via StarTrack Premium. PO Box deliveries via Australia Post Express take up to 7 business days. International delivery times vary — New Zealand is typically 5 business days, USA varies, and the rest of the world can take up to 10 business days.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When it leaves the warehouse, you'll be sent your tracking details via SMS (if you provided a mobile number) or email. Please allow a few hours for tracking info to update after dispatch.
Orders placed before 10:00am Queensland time are generally dispatched the same day. During peak periods and public holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within Australia using Australia Post Express. Please note delivery to PO Boxes takes up to 7 business days, rather than the standard 3.
All international orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Return window is subject to change during the Christmas peiod, please view our full returns policy for details.
If you opted in for our "Free Returns + Package Protection" at checkout, your return shipping label is already covered. If you didn't, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is calculated based on your address. A label will be generated for you once the fee is paid — just print it and drop the item at your nearest Australia Post.
It's an optional coverage you can add at checkout. It covers the cost of your return shipping label if you need to send something back, and also protects your order if it's lost or damaged in transit.
Yes! We offer size exchanges and full product exchanges through our returns portal. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship the new size or product straight to you.
We're sorry to hear that! Upload photos of the fault directly through our returns portal and we'll sort it out with either a replacement or a full refund. Free return shipping is provided for faulty items, even if you didn't purchase coverage at checkout.
