STRAW HAT/UMBRELLA SHIPPING (ONLY AVAILABLE TO QLD & NSW)

Our straw hats are considered bulky items and are shipped via ROAD EXPRESS to ensure safe and secure delivery. Expect your straw hat to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Currently, we only ship straw hats to addresses within Queensland (QLD) and New South Wales (NSW).

 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) 

Australia

We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders valued over AUD$99.00. 

For orders under AUD$99.00, we charge an AUD$12.50 flat fee.

All of our Australian orders are shipped using Star Track’s Premium service, with the exception of orders being delivered to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post Express Service.

Orders received before 10:00am (Queensland time) will generally be dispatched on the same day, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

Orders shipped using Star Track’s Premium service are generally delivered within 3 business days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes using Australia Post are generally delivered within 7 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL

New Zealand

We offer FREE shipping on all New Zealand orders valued over AUD$129.00.

For orders under NZD$149, we charge an NZD$15.00 flat fee.

All of our orders sent to New Zealand are shipped using Australia Post International. 

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

Orders shipped to New Zealand using Australia Post International are generally delivered within 5 business days.

All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the Duties and Taxes section below.

USA

We offer FREE shipping on all orders valued over USD$99.00 travelling to the United States.

For orders under USD$99.00, we charge a shipping fee calculated by the weight of the order as follows:

0.1kg-0.5kg: USD$15.00

0.51kg-1.0kg: USD$20.00

1.1kg +: USD$25.00

All of our orders sent to United Sates are shipped using Australia Post International. 

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays. 

Canada and Mexico

We offer FREE shipping on all orders valued over AUD$139.00 travelling to Canada and Mexico.

For orders under AUD$139.00, we charge a shipping fee calculated by the weight of the order as follows:

0.1kg-0.5kg: AUD$17.50

0.51kg-1.0kg: AUD$26.50

1.1kg +: AUD$40.00

All of our orders sent to Canada, and Mexico are shipped using Australia Post International.

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays. 

Orders shipped to Mexico using Australia Post International are generally delivered within 7 business days.

 

Rest of the World

We offer FREE shipping on all orders valued over AUD$139.00 travelling to the Rest of the World. 

For orders under AUD$139.00, we charge a shipping fee calculated by the weight of the order as follows: 

0.1kg-0.5kg: AUD$17.50

0.51kg-1.0kg: AUD$26.50

1.1kg +: AUD$40.00 

All of our orders sent to the Rest of the World are shipped using Australia Post International. 

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

Orders shipped to the Rest of the World using Australia Post International are generally delivered within 10 business days.

All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the International Customs Charges and Duties section below.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES

All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. 

These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or any shipping charge that may apply to the order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable charges related to your order.

If you refuse to pay these charges your order may be returned (if it is economical to do so) or abandoned. If the order is returned, we will refund your order less any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical for us to have your order returned your order may be abandoned and The Mad Hueys will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of this occurrence.
