We accept returns for refunds, exchanges and store credit on orders placed at www.themadhueys.com.

To start a return, you'll need your order number and shipping postcode. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or packing slip.

If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout:

• Return shipping is included.
  
• You can return eligible items for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
  
• Your order is protected if it is lost or damaged in transit.
  

If you didn't purchase coverage, you can still return your order. You'll simply pay the return shipping cost through the returns portal before your return label is generated.

You can exchange your item for:

• A different size
  
• A different product
  

Once we receive your original item, we'll send your replacement.

If you believe you've received a faulty item, submit your return through the returns portal and upload photos of the fault.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we'll provide either:

• A replacement, or
  
• A full refund
  

Return shipping is free for approved faulty items, even if you didn't purchase Free Returns + Package Protection.
