Brenno was born in Phillip Island VIC, but has called Coolangatta QLD home for around 30 years. Destined to achieve great things in surfing, Brenno comes from a family deeply rooted in the sport. His father, Gary, is a globally highly regarded surfboard shaper, and his brother, Luke, won an Australian Junior Title. With many years on the WSL (formerly ASP) World Qualifying Series, he clinched a win at the 6-star QS Coldwater Classic in Scotland and consistently placed highly, though he was unfortunately just shy of qualifying for the World Championship Tour.

Renowned for his high-pitched voice and hilarious antics and sayings, Brenno, despite his small stature, possesses the biggest and funniest personality. He's a free spirit who goes with the flow, taking each day as it comes and finding joy in every moment. Brenno's outlook on life is all about embracing spontaneity, sharing laughter, and spreading positivity wherever he goes. If we had to wrap up Brenno in a few short words, it would be; Short Dark and Handsome, with a sprinkle of ADHD.
