Returns Policy

We want our customers to love our products, so if your order doesn’t meet your expectations our team are here to help you out. Our Returns Policy applies to orders placed through our online store www.themadhueys.com. 

 

Want to return an item?

Return an item via our quick and easy returns portal https://themadhueys.loopreturns.com/#/

You will require the order number and postcode of the shipping address to submit a return. Your order number can be found on your packing slip.

 

 

Return Shipping Fees

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item/s you are returning. Return shipping costs will be calculated based on your address. If you are receiving a store credit, the shipping cost will be subtracted from your store credit.

If you opt for an exchange, a payment portal is available to pay the return shipping fee. On payment a return shipping label will be generated for you, simply print and return the items to your nearest Aus Post.

 

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges in the returns portal, on return of your current size item/s, we'll ship your new size straight to your door!

If you would like to exchange for a different item, please select store credit and you'll be sent a gift card to purchase another item.

 

Change of mind returns

Our change of mind returns period is 30 days. It helps us with processing if you can ensure that the product/s being returned:

  • Are unworn and unwashed; and 
  • Have the tags still attached; and 
  • Are in the original packaging.

Returns of faulty items

We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, therefore we appreciate being notified if our product isn’t up to standard. If you believe your item is faulty, please email admin@themadhueys.com with the following:

  • Your name; and 
  • Order number; and 
  • Images of the fault for review.

If the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or store credit.

 

Store Credit

We offer store credit on all full-priced items and sale items returned within 30 days. Please note that store credit will be processed on the return of the item/s.
